Mountain Lodge: Located very close to the Village where all après ski activities are such as restaurants, rental shops, shopping, bars, Split Rock Pools. Just steps away from the Ballhooter lift upon exiting the building! Private parking, a large comfortable lobby, scenic overlooks, and slope-side access make this complex convenient for all. All condos feature full kitchens. Address: 75 MOUNTAIN LODGE LN, SNOWSHOE, WV 26209. Mountain Lodge had outside cladding completed in 2020 and will be adding back brand-new balconies in 2022 (currently the building doesn’t have balconies). This condo offers the best view of Shavers Lake from the third floor! You won’t want to miss the sunrise!

❖ This condo offers a queen size sleeper sofa and comfortable reclining chair. Your entertainment options include flat-screen wall-mounted Smart TV. You can use your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts to play your favorite shows and play direct TV channels. The unit has its own WIFI connection for entertainment or remote working and portable air conditioning. This is also where you will find the gorgeous panoramic mountain and lake views!

❖ The updated kitchen comes with countertop, stainless steel appliances with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, pots, and pans, all cooking utensils and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish. The kitchen has a telephone for easy access to phone calls if your cell phone doesn't work (Only AT&T and T-Mobile get signal on the mountain).

Snowshoeskivacation is your perfect spot for your mountain-style vacation! We host families and groups in our 40 plus ski-in/ski-out condos. Book these condos for groups, family gatherings, or weddings. The ball hooter lifts and skidder slopes are right outside the back door. Sleep comfortably up to 4 guests on our one queen sized bed and a sofa bed.

Mountain Lodge renovation:
❖ Mountain Lodge exterior is now brand new and looks great. Welcome to the new and improved Mountain Lodge. We will be adding balconies in the next phase of the project in 2021-22. Mountain Lodge (the building you are staying in) has a full-time housekeeping and maintenance staff, as well a front desk that is manned 24X7 during the winter season. If you require assistance or experience a problem during your stay, please reach out Front desk 304-572-2020.
COVID-19 Ready Guest Protocol at Mountain Lodge (Subject to change):
❖ Guest will be provided one blanket for each bed. If you need an extra blanket, please bring it with you
❖ Guests are asked to practice social distancing and we recommend wearing masks in common areas
❖ Guests may only ride the elevator one person at a time unless they are sharing a reservation
❖ Please check, double-check and triple-check the condo before checking out to make sure that you have packed up all personal belongings. ❖ All rooms will be cleaned using supplies that meet CDC requirements

General Mountain Information:
❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as this are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third-party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities. You can purchase the best travel insurance from us to protect your lodging investment.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales. So, please ensure you book your lift tickets right away to avoid any surprises.
❖ Lodging will be available daily (all week). To help facilitate social distancing measures, certain areas of the resort will use capacity management.
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towel, trash bags, toilet paper and bar soap (Please plan to bring your shampoo and other toiletries).
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AND PROPERTY. A $300 fine if violated. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THE CHECK-IN TIME.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. If you would like to request a late checkout, please know that we may not be able to accommodate that request and if we can, there will be a fee.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
❖ PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION.
WI-FI Network =” Mountain Lodge 366” and then enter password= 3045720xxx (xxx is your room number). Sometimes the network in one room does not get a strong signal, you can look up another room’s WI-FI and connect your device using the password associated with that room number.
Will my cell phone work in this condo?
❖ Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use Wi-Fi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-0xxx (where xxx is the room number of your condo). You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
Is parking free?
❖ Yes, you will be allowed free parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. You will be provided one free parking pass for 1-bedroom. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to park across the street in the general parking area.
❖ Please be advised that we only accept last minute bookings until 2:00 PM as this will give us enough time to prepare the unit for an enjoyable stay and adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
❖ We also have no control over COVID-19 or the weather. Our reservations are strictly non-refundable, but you can purchase insurance to protect your vacation. ❖ Balconies in 2022: Mountain Lodge had an entire facelift on the outside of the building and now it looks gorgeous with brand new siding! This renovation also took care of some wind and water issues. The balconies are expected to be completed as part of phase 2 of the building next year.

Very friendly and respectful. Greg enjoyed the Comfortable stay at our Condo, along with the perfect location to Ski in and out. Very convenient to slopes and Mountains. Greg also enjoyed the following : Truly Ski in/out building with Ballhooter high speed lift just 30 yards away - Unbeatable location! The Mtn Lodge Condo was perfect for our snowboarding trip to snowshoe. I couldn't believe it when it was literally on the mountain. The very best example of a ski in/out location! When we arrived, we found the coffee maker broken and it was replaced within 30 minutes - outstanding hospitality!
