The kitchen has a telephone for easy access to phone calls if your cell phone doesn't work (Only AT&T and T-Mobile get signal on the mountain).

Mountain Lodge renovation:
❖ Mountain Lodge exterior is now brand new and looks great. Welcome to the new and improved Mountain Lodge. We will be adding balconies in the next phase of the project in 2021-22. Mountain Lodge (the building you are staying in) has a full-time housekeeping and maintenance staff, as well a front desk that is manned 24X7 during the winter season. If you require assistance or experience a problem during your stay, please reach out Front desk 304-572-2020.
COVID-19 Ready Guest Protocol at Mountain Lodge (Subject to change):
❖ Guest will be provided one blanket for each bed. If you need an extra blanket, please bring it with you
❖ Guests are asked to practice social distancing and we recommend wearing masks in common areas
❖ Guests may only ride the elevator one person at a time unless they are sharing a reservation
❖ Please check, double-check and triple-check the condo before checking out to make sure that you have packed up all personal belongings. ❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as this are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third-party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities. You can purchase the best travel insurance from us to protect your lodging investment.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales. So, please ensure you book your lift tickets right away to avoid any surprises.
❖ Lodging will be available daily (all week). To help facilitate social distancing measures, certain areas of the resort will use capacity management.
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towel, trash bags, toilet paper and bar soap (Please plan to bring your shampoo and other toiletries).
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AND PROPERTY. A $300 fine if violated. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THE CHECK-IN TIME.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. If you would like to request a late checkout, please know that we may not be able to accommodate that request and if we can, there will be a fee.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
❖ PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION.
WI-FI Network =” Mountain Lodge 304” and then enter password= 3045720xxx (xxx is your room number). Sometimes the network in one room does not get a strong signal, you can look up another room’s WI-FI and connect your device using the password associated with that room number.
Will my cellphone work in this condo?
❖ Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use Wi-Fi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-0xxx (where xxx is the room number of your condo). You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
Is parking free?
❖ Yes, you will be allowed free parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. You will be provided two free parking passes for 2-bedrooms. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to park across the street in the general parking area.
❖ Please be advised that we only accept last minute bookings until 2:00 PM as this will give us enough time to prepare the unit for an enjoyable stay and adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
❖ We also have no control over COVID-19 or the weather. Our reservations are strictly non-refundable, but you can purchase insurance to protect your vacation. ❖ Balconies in 2022: Mountain Lodge had an entire facelift on the outside of the building and now it looks gorgeous with brand new siding! This renovation also took care of some wind and water issues. The balconies are expected to be completed as part of phase 2 of the building next year.

You have to walk down the 4 flights of stairs and then you can walk straight to the lift(or walk down the hall and take the elevator). There is an elevator down the hall which I think is longer. It is a short walk to the pool and hot tub which is awesome and free. You can walk down the stairs and out the door and you are right at Alleghany Springs and the village. We were able to park right near the exit gate and walk into the entrance where the stairs are and to the condo (the door is sort of hidden but it is on the end of the building close to Alleghany Springs). Everything in the condo looks new and everything works great. No problems and enjoyed our stay. Big 2 bedroom/2 bath condo."

Mountain Lodge features a private parking lot and comfortable lobby with large fireplace and scenic overlook. Complimentary building-wide Wi-Fi access is provided. Great location to slopes (literally right outside the building) & the Village! So convenient. The photos make the space look a bit larger than it really is, so it’s kinda tight for 6 people to hang in the living room together, I couldn’t imagine trying to fit 8. The bedrooms get pretty warm- no central air. Keep in mind, zero amenities/ toiletries are provided in the bath or kitchen due to Covid. You’ll need to bring all the basics with you (shampoos/ cooking oils, salt/ pepper/ coffee filters). All noted in info though.
The place is in a wonderful location, we could see the slopes and ski lift right from our window. It was also comfortable and fairly clean, just not luxurious or updated in any way.
Better than advertised! Right on the slopes and easy to access. Communication was fast and clear, and the room was clean as could be. The appliances, bathroom, and other areas looked brand new! I would stay again.
Solid place to stay in a great location for a good price. The pictures make the place look a tad bigger than it is, but what you see is what you get. Had a great trip.
Prefect apartment just a min walk form some great restaurants and bar or a short taxi drive drive in to town. It's very clean and and the owner is very accommodating and very responsive to us when we need assistance or question. The condo is in the Snowshoe Mountain Lodge. Its right in the middle of Snowshoe and next to all the local attractions. You cannot beat the location and convenience. The kitchen is well equipped. You do get gorgeous sunset if you walk for 2 mins. I recommend!!
Manish has a excellent spot with easy access to the slopes and shops/restaurants in the village. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay here again.

Condo is great! Clean, well outfitted with everything you need, easy check in, great parking, 1 min walk to the village, and right on the slopes! It gets a little warm in the Condo so pack some lighter weight clothing for sleeping. Will definitely stay again.
This place is perfect! It is updated, very clean and with EASY access to the slopes. We saved money by having lunch in our room since it was so convenient to the slopes. Really great value. The lodge itself has all the amenities you need. The unit is truly perfection and with lots of space (larger bedroom is HUGE). Six adults hung out in the common area living room with no problem. LOVED the added touch of the ski rack just inside the door so we didn't have to rent a locker. Will definitely stay here again!
