The kitchen has a telephone for easy access to phone calls if your cell phone doesn't work (Only AT&T and T-Mobile get signal on the mountain).

Book these condos for groups, family gatherings, or weddings. The ball hooter lifts and skidder slopes are right outside the back door. Sleep comfortably up to 8 guests on our one queen size bed, two full beds, and a sofa bed.

Mountain Lodge renovation:
❖ Mountain Lodge exterior is now brand new and looks great. Welcome to the new and improved Mountain Lodge. We will be adding balconies in the next phase of the project in 2021-22. Mountain Lodge (the building you are staying in) has a full-time housekeeping and maintenance staff, as well a front desk that is manned 24X7 during the winter season. COVID-19 Ready Guest Protocol at Mountain Lodge (Subject to change):
❖ Guest will be provided one blanket for each bed. If you need an extra blanket, please bring it with you
❖ Guests are asked to practice social distancing and we recommend wearing masks in common areas
❖ Guests may only ride the elevator one person at a time unless they are sharing a reservation
❖ Please check, double-check and triple-check the condo before checking out to make sure that you have packed up all your personal belongings. If you believe you may have left something behind, please promptly get in touch with your onsite contact, Emily and she will try to locate your belongings
❖ All rooms will be cleaned using supplies that meet CDC requirements
❖ The front desk will continually disinfect all room keys, along with the front desk area
❖ Last minute reservation requests may not always be accepted. Housekeeping must have time to prepare rooms for COVID-19

❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as these are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third-party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities. You can purchase the best travel insurance from us to protect your lodging investment.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales. So, please ensure you book your lift tickets right away to avoid any surprises.
❖ Lodging will be available daily (all week). To help facilitate social distancing measures, certain areas of the resort will use capacity management.
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap & dishwasher pods, shampoo, shower gel & facial soap
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AND PROPERTY. A $300 fine if violated. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from the Mountain Lodge front desk.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THE CHECK-IN TIME.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. If you would like to request a late checkout, please know that we may not be able to accommodate that request and if we can, there will be a fee.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. Keeping in mind our guests' needs, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
❖ PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION.
WI-FI Network =” Mountain Lodge 149” and then enter password= 3045720xxx (xxx is your room number). Sometimes the network in one room does not get a strong signal, you can look up another room’s WI-FI and connect your device using the password associated with that room number.
Will my cell phone work in this condo?
❖ Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use Wi-Fi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-0xxx (where xxx is the room number of your condo). You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
Is parking free?
❖ Yes, you will be allowed free parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. You will be provided two free parking passes for 2-bedrooms. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to park across the street in the general parking area.
❖ Please be advised that we only accept last minute bookings until 2:00 PM as this will give us enough time to prepare the unit for an enjoyable stay and adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
❖ We also have no control over COVID-19 or the weather. Our reservations are strictly non-refundable, but you can purchase insurance to protect your vacation. ❖ Balconies in 2022: Mountain Lodge had an entire facelift on the outside of the building and now it looks gorgeous with brand new siding! This renovation also took care of some wind and water issues. The balconies are expected to be completed as part of phase 2 of the building next year.

Mountain Lodge is located in Village Central, right next to the Ballhooter Lift. Village shops, restaurants, and the Split Rock Pools are all just steps away. Mountain Lodge features a private parking lot and comfortable lobby with large fireplace and scenic overlook. Complimentary building-wide Wi-Fi access is provided. Enjoy the coin-operated game room and the indoor lounge with movies available. All of their condos feature full kitchens and walkout balconies. Bedding, linens, and paper products are supplied.

Fantastic location for the UCI MTB race. Friendly staff. Condo was clean and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. And the kitchen worked really well for us. Would def go back. No frills high value.
Clean two bedroom in a great location! Needed last minute accommodations for 4848 Festival and this provided us with the value and location we needed! Unit had everything except blankets (due to Covid). Bed in master could have been a little more comfortable but it did the job. Also, the lodge was undergoing a renovation but it didn’t cause any troubles for us. Unit had been recently remodeled and was well appointed. Would stay again!
It is a great place to go skiing. The room that we stayed in was a little old compared to the pics. Be prepared to bring dish soap, salt and pepper or things like that. We did have a very good time in spite of a few small things.
Manish was super responsive! The original condo (149) was trashed by the previous renters and he immediately called me and offered another condo. We had a few difficulties there, as well, but he suggested assistance. A couple notes though - We probably didn't read the description as well as we should have. We were expecting to have a space with Washer and dryer in the unit and be able to easily leave our room directly to the slopes. This was important to us so as to limit interaction with others in the building (COVID). It ends up we were on the opposite end of the building from the slopes and there was no way to walk around the building to get there due to huge plowed snow piles and ice, so we had to walk a long distance through the building several times a day. We were able to avoid the elevators, though, and also having the kitchen meant we didn't have to get restaurant food (saves $$$ too!). in non-covid times, we likely would not have thought twice about this. The skiing was fantastic and made it all worthwhile. The price is right and it was available at the last minute.

We really enjoyed our stay in Manish’s place! It was better than we have expected! Very clean and comfortable condo with a lot of great upgrades! The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the location is unbeatable! It’s truly ski-in /ski-out place, just minutes away from the pool and the village! This apartment is perfectly located just seconds from the slopes. Check-in was pretty seamless. The Mountain Lodge is a pretty dated building but again you can’t beat the location! The beds were firm but comfortable with nice comforters. I love that you can regulate the heat in each unit. Having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. Overall we couldn’t be happier! Also, having our room face the parking lot was perfect so we didn’t hear the snow machines all night.
Great host and location! We were able to walk out of the building and ski right down the hill. Super close to the village and restaurants. Room had everything we needed for a short weekend trip. One thing we also learned is that the hot tub and sauna center is included with the room stay!
