Living & Dining Room:

This living room offers a queen sleeper sofa as well as a large, covered balcony that catches both sunrise views as well as sunset views!
❖ Kitchen was just upgraded with granite countertops and island with 3 barstools. This kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, all cooking utensils and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish. We do our best to keep kitchen basics such as coffee filters, salt & pepper, plastic wrap and foil.

General Snowshoe Mountain COVID Guidelines & Information:
❖ Please follow all directives given by staff members and do your part to maintain social distancing and please, stay home if you feel ill or are at risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus.
❖ Adequate face coverings are required for all employees and guests on shuttle buses, regardless of age or exemptions.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales for lifts as well as events. So, please ensure you book your lift and/or event tickets right away to avoid any surprises.

❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods.
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. A $300 fine if violated. There is a designated bike storage and locker room on the lower level of the building near the Village door near the Mountain Adventure Center.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. You may request an early check in and we will accommodate if we are able to for a fee of $50.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. You may request a late check out and we will accommodate if we are able to for a fee based on how late you would like to check out and availability.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if you would like.
❖ PETS AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION.
Will my cellphone work in this condo?
❖ Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use WiFi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-8125. You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
Is parking free?
❖ Yes, you will be allowed free parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. Parking for Allegheny Springs is located across the street in the large general parking lot. Allegheny Springs also offers valet parking for a fee.
❖ We have no control over COVID-19 or the weather. Our reservations are strictly non-refundable, but you can purchase insurance to protect your vacation. The location is amazing! We loved being able to walk right out to the slopes or hop on the shuttle. Having a parking garage was nice as well. This place is perfect to be able to ski in/out and take easy breaks for lunch. We cooked one night and it was nice having a kitchen. The place itself is a little dated and could use an update but well worth the money. Manish is very responsive and easy to work with as a host. I recommend this place!
