❖ Kitchen was just upgraded with granite countertops and an island with 4 barstools. This kitchen is fully
equipped with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pressure/slow cooker, pots and pans, all cooking utensils and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish.

❖ All rooms will be cleaned using supplies that meet CDC requirements.
❖ Last minute reservation requests (after 2:00 pm day of check in) may not always be accepted. Housekeeping must have time to prepare rooms for COVID-19.
❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as these are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities.

❖ Please follow all directives given by staff members and do your part to maintain social distancing and please, stay home if you feel ill or are at risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus.
❖ Adequate face coverings are required for all employees and guests on shuttle buses, regardless of age or exemptions.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales for lifts as well as events. So, please ensure you book your lift and/or event tickets right away to avoid any surprises.

Housekeeping inclusion:
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods.
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. A $300 fine if violated. There is a designated bike storage and locker room on the lower level of the building near the Village door near the Mountain Adventure Center.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. You may request an early check in and we will accommodate if we are able to for a fee of $50.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. You may request a late check out and we will accommodate if we are able to for a fee based on how late you would like to check out and availability.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if you would like.
❖ PETS AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION.

Will my cellphone work in this condo?
❖ Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use WiFi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-8125. You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.

Is parking free?
❖ Yes, you will be allowed free parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. Parking for Allegheny Springs is located across the street in the large general parking lot. Allegheny Springs also offers valet parking for a fee.

Great location, very nice unit, was a good fit for me and my two teenage boys, walk to slopes and shops. Check in can be a little tricky as we arrived at 4:30 PM - a very busy time for the front deck - but otherwise, we had a great stay. Manish was good to deal with

Could not ask for a better location, plus parking garage below building is a huge benefit when hauling ski gear. Clean, responsive, easy checkin. Skiing is always an expensive trip and generally anything in a good location is costly - this is in line with that. Would stay here again!

Great! We enjoyed the parking deck (sans snow and with carts), elevators and easy village access. If you are handicapable, this is your spot! You can get from the car, to the room, out the front door to the village - without steps. The kitchen is equipped so I'd utilize it because wait times at the restaurants can be lengthy, if they are open (staffing shortages). The towels are thick and everything was clean. The memory foam bed is beyond comfortable; clean sheets, soft and hard pillow options, remote controlled head, feet and vibration for achy muscles. The gas fireplace kept us so warm! The village grocery store is slim pickings and reception goes out through the majority of the mountains. Write down the directions on paper before you leave, charge your phones, get gas and take drinks, snacks and food, in advance. The mountain driving was easier than anticipated, even following a snow shower the day before. Manish is easy to talk with and Emily was well prepared! Thanks for the memories : )

Very unpleasant experience. The heating did not work and the owner - Manish - and the employee - Emily did not do much about it. They pretended to be addressing the issue while they didn't do anything to fix it (they provided a small space heater which was far from providing a decent heating, we had trouble sleeping due to fluctuations in temp). Turns out the next guest had the same experience, and nobody told him the HVAC was not working (despite me reporting it). It is obvious that this situation has been going on for a while. There was old food in the oven so not sure how well they clean the room. There is no place to put your clothes- the closet by the entrance was filled with 2 vacuums and a large fan. We paid over 400$ per night which is a rip off. Manish is quick to reply but all he does is to convince you he cannot do much about the issue. After multiple emails he agreed to reimburse us some money but conditioned it to a 5 star review. When we told him I cannot give him 5 stars he retracted his offer to reimburse us- which I believe violates Air BNB policies. Stay away from this business, Manish is only interested to make money and he could not care less about your comfort. But he is very good at convincing you how much he cares.
