Seneca is right at the heart of the village, next to the Depot, easy walk to the slopes, near all the restaurants and ski school.

This unit is a two bedroom two bathroom with separate studio making it a rare 3 bedroom with 3 bathrooms in the village

❖ Bedroom One
This is the master bedroom. It has a king sized bed, it’s own bathroom with spacious bathtub/shower and hair dryer, closet with luggage rack, chest of drawers, 40" flat screen with direct TV & DVD player, and window with sunset views.

❖ Bedroom Two
It has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, 32" flat screen with direct TV, hot tub and garden terrace view.

❖ Living Area
The place where we spend time with family and friends. It has a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, patio with sunset views and hot tub/garden terrace

❖ Kitchen and Dining
Spacious kitchen comes with 3 bar stools at kitchen island and;
– Table seating for 6
– Mixing bowls and baking dish
– Ice bucket, Toaster, Coffee pot, Blender, Waffle iron and Stock pot
– Well stocked with pots, pizza pans, small & large skillets and cutting boards
– Dining utensils. (6pairs each Knife, Fork, Spoon, Plate, Bowl, Coffee mug, Glass for Water, Juice, and Wine)

❖ Bathroom
Enjoy the private bathroom. Incredibly comfortable with shower, hair dryer and small closet for towel and toiletries.

❖102/ Studio Portion (3rd Room)
It has a queen sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, 40" direct TV with DVD player, chest of drawers, closet with luggage rack, dining area has a small table good for 2, mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove top and coffee pot. Overlooks garden terrace view hot tub.

Check-in begins at 5pm. Guests are welcome to pre-register and explore the Mountains many amenities, until their room is ready. Keys will be available as soon as your accommodations are ready.

❖ Lodging will be available daily (all week). To help facilitate social distancing measures, certain areas of the resort will use capacity management.

Housekeeping inclusion:
❖ Bath and kitchen towels, sheets, blankets, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, non dairy creamer and sugar is all included. (Please plan to bring your shampoo and other toiletries).
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AND PROPERTY. A $300 fine if violated.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. Someone else may be checking into the condo the same day you are checking out. As such, the housekeeping staff needs every minute possible to prepare the unit for that next guest. Limited Early check in and Check outs available based on availability for $50 fees.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance.

❖ Please be advised that we only accept last minute bookings until 2:00 PM as this will give us enough time to prepare the unit for an enjoyable stay and adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines. We also have no control over COVID-19, weather or any other items and we can't insure you. Our reservations are strictly non-refundable but you can purchase insurance to protect your vacation. Is there a Parking area?
❖ Located at General Parking lot across Snowshoe Drive from Highland House
❖ Walk 10 steps out the condo door to the elevator or steps to access slopes and village. Load/unload your car using the underground tunnel.
❖ Watch ski lessons from inside the condo, on the condo's balcony, or in Highland House's cozy lobby on the ground level. Each location provides great vantage points for priceless photos and videos.
❖ Split Rock Pool is nearby guests needs to pay $15/person fee with two large hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool areas with water slides and gradual descending entry into the indoor pool as well as a sauna.
❖ Free access of Hot Tub and Fitness Center located on the second floor just down the hall from 207.
❖ No washer or dryer in unit, but there are pay machines in the building.

Manish's Seneca units are comfortable and convenient in the heart of the village at Snowshoe- literally a 1 minute walk to the slopes. All basic kitchen necessities for cooking. The crockpot was missing and after contacting Manish, he personally delivered a crockpot to us promptly. Was very impressed by this! We hope to come back and will recommend this space to others!
