Property Details

Seneca is right at the heart of the village where all of the events and shopping are! You are also just stepping away from ski school and rentals, which makes this a great unit for families and groups! If you are looking for additional family members to stay together we have Seneca 100-102 which can sleep up to 12 guests.

Bedrooms:

❖ Seneca 100- Master Bedroom: King Bed, chest of drawers, closet, private bathroom with garden tub, 40” TV. Second Bedroom: Queen Bed, chest of drawers, closet, 32” HDTV
❖ Seneca 102- Third Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet with luggage rack (Studio type room)

Living & Dining Room:

❖ Large table with 6 chairs as well as 3 barstools at the kitchen island to enjoy meals together. Then
unwind in the living room with a 65” smart TV with plenty of seating in front of a gas fireplace and
beautiful mountain views! This condo offers not only a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room but
also, a full-size very comfortable daybed for added sleeping space.

Kitchen:

❖ This kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, all cooking utensils, and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish. We do our best to keep kitchen basics such as coffee filters, salt & pepper, plastic wrap, and foil.

(Inside Seneca 102 studio type room): Small kitchenette equipped with a two-burner stove, microwave, mini-fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware. We do our best to keep kitchen basics such as coffee filters, salt & pepper, plastic wrap and foil.

Bathroom:

❖ Clean, tidy, and spacious to pamper and clean yourself. Equipped with shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink with cabinet underneath and a hygiene shelf beside the wide mirror installed above the sink. Full bath with dual head detachable multi-setting shower head.

COVID-19 Ready Guest Protocol (Subject to change):

❖ All rooms will be cleaned using supplies that meet CDC requirements.
❖ Last-minute reservation requests (after 2:00 pm day of check in) may not always be accepted. Housekeeping must have time to prepare rooms for COVID-19.
❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as these are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third-party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities.

General Snowshoe Mountain COVID Guidelines Information:

❖ Please follow all directives given by staff members and do your part to maintain social distancing and
please, stay home if you feel ill or are at risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus.
❖ Adequate face coverings are required for all employees and guests on shuttle buses, regardless of age
or exemptions.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales for lifts as well as events. So, please ensure you book your lift and/or event tickets right away to avoid any surprises.

Housekeeping inclusion:
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap & dishwasher pods, shampoo, shower gel & facial soap
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. A $300 fine if violated. There is a designated bike storage room on the P1 level of the parking garage.

❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. The house cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. You may request an early check in and we will accommodate if we are able to for a fee of $50.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. You may request a late checkout and we will accommodate if we are able to for a fee based on how late you would like to check out.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if you would like.
❖ PETS AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION.

Will my cell phone work in this condo?
❖ Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use Wi-Fi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-7579. You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.

Is parking free?
❖ Yes, you will be allowed free garage parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. Keeping other guests in mind, please plan to park only one vehicle in the garage. If you have additional vehicles, you may park across the street in the general parking area.

Manish's Seneca units are comfortable and convenient in the heart of the village at Snowshoe- literally a 1 minute walk to the slopes. All basic kitchen necessities for cooking. The crockpot was missing and after contacting Manish, he personally delivered a crockpot to us promptly. Was very impressed by this! We hope to come back and will recommend this space to others!
