Split Rock Pools. Step out the back or side entrance and onto the trails! This condo offers a great view of
the top of Ballhooter Lift and the slopes!

The kitchen has a telephone for easy access to phone calls if your cell phone doesn't work (Only AT&T and T-Mobile get signal on the mountain).

Mountain Lodge renovation:
❖ Mountain Lodge exterior is now brand new and looks great. Welcome to the new and improved Mountain Lodge. We will be adding balconies in the next phase of the project in 2021-22. Mountain Lodge (the building you are staying in) has a full-time housekeeping and maintenance staff, as well a front desk that is manned 24X7 during the winter season. If you require assistance or experience a problem during your stay, please reach out Front desk 304-572-2020.
COVID-19 Ready Guest Protocol at Mountain Lodge (Subject to change):
❖ Guest will be provided one blanket for each bed. If you need an extra blanket, please bring it with you
❖ Guests are asked to practice social distancing and we recommend wearing masks in common areas
❖ Guests may only ride the elevator one person at a time unless they are sharing a reservation
❖ Please check, double-check and triple-check the condo before checking out to make sure that you have packed up all your personal belongings. ❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as these are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third-party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities. You can purchase the best travel insurance from us to protect your lodging investment.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales. So, please ensure you book your lift tickets right away to avoid any surprises.
❖ Lodging will be available daily (all week). To help facilitate social distancing measures, certain areas of the resort will use capacity management.
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towel, trash bags, toilet paper and bar soap (Please plan to bring your shampoo and other toiletries).
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room, but NO BIKES ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AND PROPERTY. A $300 fine if violated. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from the Mountain Lodge front desk.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THE CHECK-IN TIME.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. If you would like to request a late checkout, please know that we may not be able to accommodate that request and if we can, there will be a fee.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE. Keeping in mind our guests' needs, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
❖ PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION.
WI-FI Network =” Mountain Lodge 202” and then enter password= 3045720xxx (xxx is your room number). Sometimes the network in one room does not get a strong signal, you can look up another room’s WI-FI and connect your device using the password associated with that room number.
Will my cell phone work in this condo?
❖ Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use Wi-Fi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-0xxx (where xxx is the room number of your condo). You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
Is parking free?
❖ Yes, you will be allowed free parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. You will be provided two free parking passes for 2-bedrooms. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to park across the street in the general parking area.
❖ Please be advised that we only accept last minute bookings until 2:00 PM as this will give us enough time to prepare the unit for an enjoyable stay and adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines.
❖ We also have no control over COVID-19 or the weather. Our reservations are strictly non-refundable, but you can purchase insurance to protect your vacation. ❖ Balconies in 2022: Mountain Lodge had an entire facelift on the outside of the building and now it looks gorgeous with brand new siding! This renovation also took care of some wind and water issues. The balconies are expected to be completed as part of phase 2 of the building next year.

Mountain Lodge is located in Village Central, right next to the Ballhooter Lift. Village shops, restaurants, and the Split Rock Pools are all just steps away. Mountain Lodge features a private parking lot and comfortable lobby with large fireplace and scenic overlook. Complimentary building-wide Wi-Fi access is provided. Enjoy the coin-operated game room and the indoor lounge with movies available. All of their condos feature full kitchens and walkout balconies. Bedding, linens, and paper products are supplied.

202 is a great condo on the end of the building nearest the slopes! It was great having three beds in this 2 bedroom condo since this meant we could avoid using the sleeper sofa. It's well appointed and has a great ski/winter theme!
I will highly recommend for location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of host. This was our first time at Snowshoe and first time in a ski in / ski out building, and it's hard to picture a future trip any other way! The condo was exactly as expected from the pictures, and the rocking chair was an absolutely wonderful spot to unwind in the evenings. The condo is on the second floor and close to the elevators, and the window literally faces the Ball hooter lift so we were able to see the slope conditions and how busy (or not) it was from the warmth of our room. The lobby area (seating) is closed due to COVID-19 precautions which in my opinion made for a quieter and safer stay during the pandemic. Check-in / check-out was a quick, simple process. The lodge offers large caged lockers for a reasonable daily fee, right at the entrance to the slopes for convenient access to food/drinks without having to go up to the room and a place to swap out gear for casual clothes/shoes (though it literally only takes two minutes to get up to the room otherwise). The host was highly communicative and proactively reached out to ask if we needed anything, and quickly responded to a question we had about accessing the wi-fi. It's a 5-minute walk to the Village shops and restaurants from the lodge. We would definitely stay here again!
The interior of the house is older than some of the homes in the same building. The home was clean. Note: No extra linens, no toiletries, no coffee, no coffee filters, no condiments in the home, no dish washing scrub, no dishwashing liquid. Wifi was slow in the home. Fire stick remote was missing. Pretty much carry everything you need with you, and do not have high expectations from this home. Owner was offering $25.00 for a five star review.
We arrived (after a 7 hr drive) on Tuesday night and were told we didn’t have a reservation. We had a 2 night reservation for a two bedroom condo but were given a single room condo for the first night. We were told we’d have to check out in the morning and then check back in the next afternoon. Oh, and if we wanted our bags transferred we’d have to stay in the room with our bags until the afternoon when they could be transferred (??). After spending Wednesday on the slopes, my young son got tired and we came in. Of course we didn’t have a room to go to, so we had to sit in the lobby for two hours until a room was ready. Then we get to our room and it was dirty. Food crumbs on the nightstand. Stains on the bed. Hairs all over the bed. VERY disappointed and will NEVER rent from this owner again. Have stayed at many Airbnb’s before and have been a great guest. Have never had the hassle that we experienced on this trip. Very strongly suggest others avoid this Owner!!!

Lovely spot with great amenities. Soft sheets and the most comfortable hide-a-bed I’ve ever slept on! Mountain Lodge is a somewhat dated property but Manish’s condo is the best one I have stayed in.

10/10 would recommend. Right on the slopes which makes for an easy start to the day. No need to worry about parking or lugging all of your stuff around. The condo is as advertised. The lodge it self is a bit dated, but everything is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location, so it's definitely worth it.
