Mountain Lodge: Located very close to the Village where all après ski activities are such as restaurants, rental shops, shopping, bars, Split Rock Pools. Just steps away from the Ballhooter lift upon exiting the building! Private parking, a large comfortable lobby, scenic overlooks, and slope-side access make this complex convenient for all. All condos feature full kitchens. Address: 75 MOUNTAIN LODGE LN, SNOWSHOE, WV 26209. Mountain Lodge had outside cladding completed in 2020 and will be adding back brand-new balconies in 2022 (currently the building doesn’t have balconies).

What you need to bring: toiletries, personal items, dish soap and scrub, hand soap, salt, pepper and oil, coffee and tea.

❖ This living room is all about location and views! Peek outside at your friends and family as the unload from Ballhooter lift and ski/bike down the trails! This condo offers a queen size sleeper sofa and comfortable glider. Your entertainment options include flat-screen wall-mounted Smart TV. You can use your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts to play your favorite shows and play direct TV channels. The unit has its WI-FI connection for entertainment or remote working and portable air conditioning.

❖ The kitchen comes with a granite island with four counter height bar stools, wine refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans, all cooking utensils and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish. The kitchen has a telephone for easy access to phone calls if your cell phone doesn't work (Only AT& and T-Mobile get signal on the mountain).
❖ Clean, tidy, and spacious to pamper yourself. Equipped with shower, bathtub, toilet, and vanity.
❖ Limited Cell Phone Service: Because of the national quiet zone, only AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers get signal on parts of the mountain. You can use Wi-Fi calling for your cell phone to make and receive phone calls. Each condo has its own house phone which can be used to make and receive local and long-distance calls. The condo phone no. is 304-572-0xxx (where xxx is the room number of your condo). You may also use that phone to dial 911 in the event of an emergency.
Snowshoeskivacation is your perfect spot for your mountain-style vacation! We host families and groups in our 40 plus ski-in/ski-out condos. Book these condos for groups, family gatherings, or weddings. The ball hooter lifts and skidder slopes are right outside the back door.

Mountain Lodge renovation:
❖ Mountain Lodge exterior is now brand new and looks great. Welcome to the new and improved Mountain Lodge. Balconies will be added in 2022 starting April 2022. No construction work during the ski season. Mountain Lodge has a full-time housekeeping and maintenance staff, as well a front desk that is manned 24X7 during the winter season. If you require assistance or experience a problem during your stay, please reach out Front desk 304-572-2020.
COVID-19 Ready Guest Protocol at Mountain Lodge (Subject to change):
❖ Guest will be provided one blanket for each bed. If you need an extra blanket, please bring it with you
❖ Guests are asked to practice social distancing and we recommend wearing masks in common areas
❖ Guests may only ride the elevator one person at a time unless they are sharing a reservation
❖ Please check, double-check and triple-check the condo before checking out to make sure that you have packed up all personal belongings. ❖ All rooms will be cleaned using supplies that meet CDC requirements
❖ The front desk will continually disinfect all room keys, along with the front desk area

General Mountain Information:
❖ Please check openings of third-party activities as this are continually changing based on season and COVID-19 requirements. We only provide lodging and discount our rates when the resort is not in peak season. We do not guarantee any third-party activities and do not offer any refunds for non-availability or closure of third-party activities. For questions text - d0g-kyc-tehe.
❖ Please be advised that Snowshoe is limiting the number of ticket sales. So, please ensure you book your lift tickets right away to avoid any surprises.
❖ Lodging will be available daily (all week). To help facilitate social distancing measures, certain areas of the resort will use capacity management.
❖ Linens, towels, kitchen towel, trash bags, toilet paper and bar soap (Please plan to bring your shampoo and other toiletries). Please also bring cooking supplies like salt, pepper and oil.
❖ You can bring your ski equipment in the room.
❖ CHECK-IN TIME STARTS AT 5:00 PM. House cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare the unit so that it is clean for you upon your arrival. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THE CHECK-IN TIME.
❖ CHECK-OUT TIME IS BY 11:00 AM. If you would like to request a late checkout, please know that we may not be able to accommodate that request and if we can, there will be a fee.
❖ BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE / Refundable based on the channel policy you book on. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
❖ PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk.
❖ WI-FI Network =” Mountain Lodge 242” and then enter password= 3045720xxx (xxx is your room number). Sometimes the network in one room does not get a strong signal, you can look up another room’s WI-FI and connect your device using the password associated with that room number.
❖ Please be advised that we only accept last minute bookings until 2:00 PM as this will give us enough time to prepare the unit for an enjoyable stay.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the OwnerWe loved the Snowshoe area and were really impressed by Mountain Lodge which is a ski in and ski out next to Village and the property has great views of lakes. We loved the idea of skiing, summer hikes and activities and bought the property. We updated the property with new kitchen, flooring and electronics. We look forward to hosting this great property with our guests.
