We have the following units in Seneca. Seneca 100-102 (3 Bedroom), Seneca 100- 2 Bedroom, Seneca 100 – Junior Studio

Seneca 115- Full Studio, Seneca 202-204 (2 Bedroom) and Seneca 320 ( 2 Bedroom)

You can check in any time after 5 pm. The front desk is open 24/7. If you are getting delayed and would reach later in the night. No worries. The front desk will be there to check you in. 

Check-in begins at 5 pm. Guests are welcome to pre-register and explore the Mountains many amenities until their room is ready. Keys will be available as soon as your accommodations are ready.

MOUNTAIN TOP CHECK-IN

Open 24 hours daily. Located in the Top of the World complex in the South Mountain area of Snowshoe. This check-in location will be conveniently accessible for guests traveling via Route 28/92 to Route 66. Phone: 304-572-5442. Click here for google GPS directions.

THE INN AT SNOWSHOE

Open 24 hours daily. Located at the base of Snowshoe Mountain, guests traveling to Snowshoe via Route 219 or Route 66 are highly encouraged to check-in at this full-service front desk. Phone: 304-572-6520. Click here for Google GPS directions.

ALLEGHENY SPRINGS

Open 7 am-11 am daily. Located at the top of the mountain, in the village. Phone: 304-572-5877. Click here for GPS directions.

We offer limited late check outs. Late check out fees is $50 during weekday and $100 during weekend. 

If you have something missing in the condo you can contact housekeeping by texting 304-651-0852.

You can find a gas fireplace in the living room.

A Heated Underground parking garage (7′ clearance) for those cold snowy nights. It is available on a first-come first-serve basis. In case of overflow, you will be able to park outside across the garage.

You can find an outdoor hot tub and lounge area.

Yes, free parking is available to guests.

Located in the parking garage at the elevators.

Lockers are available on the Plaza level near the main entrance.

Guidelines for Bike:
Bikes can be put in the Bike room. Please bring your locks to protect your bikes while they are parked in the Bike room. Bikes are not permitted in the condos. If you bring Bikes inside the building common area/condo you will be charged fine of $300.
Bike Cleaning: Bikes should be cleaned outside the building. There are bike washing options outside the building. Please use them.
Do not use towels provided for your stay to clean bikes. If you do so you will be charged $15 per towel soiled for damages, $25 for other linens. No exceptions.
You are welcome to bring your own rugs if you want to clean your bikes.
