This condo offers a not only a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room but also, a full size very comfortable daybed for added lounging and sleeping space.
❖ This kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, all cooking utensils and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish. We do our best to keep kitchen basics such as coffee filters, salt & pepper, plastic wrap and foil.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.We use dynamic pricing based on market demand and supply. Prices tend to be lower when demand is less and also when less activities and amenities are open. We provide lodging all year round. Mountain may be closed for some time mostly April, May, October and November. Restaurants and other activities may also be limited. Our prices reflect the limited demand and availability.
