With 21 vertical wall-mounts, additional mounts for E-Bikes, and a range of convenient amenities including an air compressor, Park Tool Work Stand, and an outdoor wash area, your bikes will be secure and well-maintained throughout your stay. Guests can access the locked facility using their entry passcode, providing easy and hassle-free access to their bikes. Experience the ultimate convenience at Mountain Lodge. ADDITIONAL NOTES:
● Mountain Lodge features equipment lockers for rent (each holds up to two mountain bikes or Skies), for $15/per day on a first-come/first-serve basis, an arcade for the kids and young at heart, an inviting lobby built around a large fireplace (lit in the winter), laundry facilities, conference rooms, and a prime location that’s just a quick walk to Snowshoe’s main high-speed quad lift, Split Rock Pools, Wildcat Grocery, and the St. Bernard Chapel.
● Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
● Free bus shuttles are available from the Village to Top of the Mountain, and to Silver Creek for night skiing. Reach the Western Territory by way of the Silver Creek shuttle.

PETS: We absolutely adore our furry friends and wish you could bring them with you. Unfortunately, Mountain Lodge does not allow guests to bring pets of any type. As such, we have to insist you find alternative accommodations for your pets. However, if you have a certified Service Animal, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you. Service animals must be registered when you check-in at the front desk.
EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee check-in prior to 5:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the room is clean and set up, for an Early check in fee.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
PARKING: Drive in and park in front of Mountain Lodge parking area. You will be allowed up to 2 parking spaces for your unit (2 bedrooms are allowed 2 spaces). Please expect to check in at 5pm on day of your arrival. In some cases when the weather conditions are better, it is not crowded, and your room is clean you may be allowed to check in sooner. However, if you come really early, you can park at Mountain Top check in and enjoy skiing/snowboarding till your check in time.
PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk.
BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE / Refundable based on the channel policy you book on. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Dynamic pricing is based on market demand and supply. Prices tend to be lower when demand is less and also when less activities and amenities are open. We provide lodging all year round. Mountain may be closed for some time mostly April, May, October and November. Restaurants and other activities may also be limited. Our prices reflect the limited demand and availability. For a budget friendly vacation, try the spring and fall for great peace and quiet and a more typical "live like the locals" experience!
