– Where is Highland House located?

What is the check-in time?

Ans: Check-in time starts at 5pm.

Can I check out late?

We offer limited late check outs based on availability. Late check outs fees is $50 on weekday and $100 on weekends.

Is there a heating fireplace in the unit?

Ans: Yes, located in the living room

Is there a hot tub or pool in the building?

Ans: Yes, Hot tub and fitness area located on second floor.

What amenities are located in the building?

Ans: ❖ Small fitness center and hot tub

❖ Private locker storage located on ground level with space for bikes

❖ Underground tunnel entry from main shuttle terminal for easy loading and unloading

❖ Unlimited exclusive high-speed internet for your entertainment and remote working needs

– Is parking free?

Ans: Yes, you will be allowed free parking after 5:00 PM on the day of your check-in. Parking for Highland House is located across the street in the large general parking lot. You may pull into the main shuttle terminal for 15 minute loading and unloading and access the underground tunnel entry through the large glass automatic doors. Once inside those, use your key card for access through the glass double doors and that hall will wind you around to the elevators.

What attractions are located near Highland Condos?

Ans: Highland House is in the center of Village with restaurants, bars, shopping and close to Split Rock Pools

Where is the luggage carts located?

Ans: Luggage carts are available for use and are located just inside the underground tunnel entry doors.

– Where is the garbage room located?

Ans: Garbage room is located on the ground level behind the locker room.

Where is the lockers located?

Ans: Lockers are located just behind the elevators. Private locker storage located on ground level with space for bikes

What kind of Coffee Maker do you use?

Ans: Drip coffee maker for all room.

Are Linens, Towels, Blankets and basic essentials provided ?

Ans: Yes, Linens, towels, blankets, kitchen towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and
dishwasher pods are provided.

– What are the cancelation charges ?

Ans: BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE 24 HOURS AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE.

You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if you would like.

Why should you buy travel insurance on your trip?

· Cancel 7 days prior to your trip and get full credit to be used in 24 months (except for insurance charges). No questions asked.

– What are the kitchen amenities available ?

Ans: kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, all cooking utensils and serving dishes to test your culinary skills or even bake something if you wish. Unit 220 and 314 do not have stove/oven and dishwaher. These are studios only.

– Is Wifi available?

Ans: Yes, Unlimited exclusive high-speed internet for your entertainment and remote working needs is available
